Online Perception Surveys

Perception surveys have been recognized by safety professionals as a key measure of attitudes and process effectiveness. STAR now offers this service through a secure web-based application. Accurate statistical interpretation coupled with 15 years experience from in person, dynamic surveys will result in value-added identification of strengths and weaknesses. Recommendations effectively target strategies towards identified weaknesses both by topics (e.g., goals and objective setting, employee teams, incident investigation, specific job task training) and key demographics (e.g., departments, managers, supervisors, new hires, etc.).

Note: Specific survey needs can be tailored to individual sites, regions, and corporations based on organizational structure and specific management systems (if VPP is not your current system).
